Yes. PayPal and Google Checkout secure transaction services are independent organizations and your credit card details are not divulged to us at any time.

How can I find more information on a product?

How is my jewellery packaged?
We strive to present our jewellery in an elegant and efficient manner therefore, all of our jewellery comes individually packaged in.
What is your return policy?

What if your jewellery breaks?
Details of our Faulty Goods, Cancellation adn Returns Policies can be found in the Terms page. The following is a quote from the Terms page:
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Jenny and the Bead Stall shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify Jenny and the Bead Stall of the problem by e-mail to customerservices@jennyandthebeadstall.co.uk within 7 working days of recieving the goods and return the goods in question. This does not affect your statutory right.
